The Collection at Forsyth will kick off the holiday season with its annual holiday tree-lighting event Saturday, Nov.15 from 3 – 6 p.m.
The Collection’s annual holiday tradition will feature the lighting of its spectacular 50-foot tree, Santa’s arrival and special story-time for children, complimentary horse-drawn carriage rides and more. Visitors will enjoy holiday music by First Redeemer Church Choir, Jazz caroling from North Georgia University and a quintet from Lambert High School.
The retail destination will extend the holiday celebration with The Collection’s Saturday holiday events, every Saturday Nov. 29 – Dec. 20, to help capture the magic of the season. The events will feature complimentary horse drawn carriage rides from 1 – 2 p.m., story time with Santa Claus in the Park from 1 – 2 p.m., followed by photos with Santa from 2 – 5 p.m. Families are encouraged to bring their own cameras to take pictures for free. The Collection at Forsyth also will have extended holiday shopping hours that can be found at collectionforsyth.com.
