Westchester Place will be temporarily closed to through traffic beginning Monday, Dec.15.This temporary closure is to allow for the replacement of an existing storm drain structure. The road is expected to reopen to through traffic by Friday, Dec. 19, weather permitting.

“We appreciate motorists’ patience during this temporary closure,” Director of Engineering John Cunard said.
