UPDATE:  The Forsyth Senior Expo scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College has been cancelled due to the potential for inclement weather.

Forsyth County Senior Services is hosting the thirteenth annual Forsyth Senior Expo Saturday, Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Forsyth County Conference Center at Lanier Technical College. Admission to the event is free.

The Forsyth Senior Expo is an opportunity for senior citizens to learn about planning for the future. The event provides a venue for information regarding a variety of topics including home care, senior living, legal services and more. Health screenings, door prizes and refreshments will be available.

“We always look forward to providing the Senior Expo for our community’s seniors and their families, friends and caregivers,” Senior Services Director Judy Theilman said. “This event is always well-attended and we hope those in attendance will take advantage of all of the information that will be available.”
