The Forsyth County Water and Sewer Department will be mailing the 2015 Water Quality Report to county water and sewer customers with their bills, beginning Monday, May 11. Customers will receive the report with their monthly bill.
The report provides information from 2014 on where the county’s water comes from, what it contains and how it compares to standards set by the regulatory agencies. Forsyth County’s water met all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state drinking water health standards in 2014.
“We are pleased to present this annual Water Quality Report to our more than 53,000 customers,” Director of Water and Sewer Tim Perkins said. “The Water and Sewer Department takes a great deal of pride in providing Forsyth County the highest quality of water and sewer service.”
Additional copies of the report are available in the Water and Sewer Department offices (Suite 150) in the County Administration Building, located at 110 E. Main Street in Cumming. Reports can also be mailed upon request by calling 770.781.2160. Visit the Water Department page at www.forsythco.com to view the report online.
