Animal Control Unit charged Billy Ray Shirley, 59, from Cumming, with 30 counts of Animal Cruelty
30 dogs were removed from a residence due to the deplorable conditions and the animal’s well-being. One dog was also found deceased inside the residence.
The festival will feature a variety of family-friendly entertainment and activities including inflatables, a petting zoo, train rides, a magic show, puppet show, food vendors and more
A community expo will include booths by the Forsyth County Fire Department, Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, 911 Center, the Forsyth County Public Library and others.

We delayed our annual Mutts & More Festival this year for good reason...we are expanding it to be better than ever. This two day event will be loaded with activities for the families and pets of our community.
There is a donation fee for Mutts & More 2015. All proceeds go to the HSFC General Fund to help care for the animals in our program.
