Kellie Clay Richards, 51, of Cumming, GA passed away at Embracing Hospice House on July 26, 2012. Born in Atlanta, GA she was the daughter of Jack and June Clay of Eatonton, GA.
Kellie had worked as a pre-school teacher. Her passion for animals led her to work at Hamby Animal Hospital and as a PetWatch petsitter.
In addition to her parents, Kellie is survived by her beloved husband, Al Richards of Cumming, GA; children, Clay Alton Richards and Lauren Melissa Richards of Cumming, GA; sister, Torri (Craig) Frank of Oxford, GA; mother and father-in-law, Bobbie and Alton Richards of Cumming, GA; sisters-in-law, Teresa Garrett of Dawsonville, GA, Vivian (Alan) Bennett of Gainesville, GA and Gloria (Jeff) Perry of Cleveland, GA; and nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 28 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 pm prior to the service on Saturday, July 28 at the funeral home,
