House District 24 Special Election Advance Voting

special_electionAdvance Voting for the July 14 Special Election Runoff to fill the vacancy in Georgia House District 24 is open and will run through July 10. This Special Election Runoff only affect voters in Georgia House District 24. In Forsyth County, Georgia House District 24 encompasses portions of the Coal Mountain precinct, portions of the Cumming precinct, portions of the Midway precinct, portions of the Heardsville precinct, portions of the Otwell precinct and portions of the Polo precinct. Only those voters who reside in Georgia House District 24 are eligible to vote to fill the House District vacancy.

Forsyth County registered voters who reside in Georgia House District 24 may cast their ballot during Advance Voting (June 29 – July 10) at the Forsyth County Administration Building, located at 110 E. Main Street in Cumming.

The Advance Voting hours during the first week are as follows:

Monday, June 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, June 30, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 1, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, July 2, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, July 3: NO VOTING

Beginning Monday, July 6, a second Advance Voting location will be available. In addition to the Forsyth County Administration Building, the Midway Park Community Building located at 5100 Post Road will be open for Advance Voting for the July 14 Special Election Runoff.

Friday, July 10, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please note there is no voting of any kind the Monday prior to any election.
