Park’N Ticket, an offsite airport parking and shuttle service, has joined with the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in the fight against cancer. In honor of family members, who sadly lost their battle with cancer, they are pleased to announce ANGEL PARKING. This program provides free parking and shuttle to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport for M.D. Anderson patients and caregivers.
Park’N Ticket had a very good customer go through a truly difficult time. His wife was receiving cancer treatment at M.D. Anderson in Houston. The physical, emotional, and financial hardship that can put on a family is overwhelming. The travel expenses alone can be enormous. Park’N Ticket was happy to help them with free parking. The 28 year old Atlanta company was taken by surprise by their customer’s gratitude and at the impact it had on them. From that experience, an idea formed and ANGEL PARKING was created.
Cancer does not only attack the body. The emotional and financial stress can be overwhelming. Park’N Ticket understands that travel expenses can be quite costly and a burden on cancer patients already struggling with medical bills and income strains. The goal at Park’N Ticket is to remove one obstacle from those facing this battle. This partnership with M.D. Anderson is one more way to fight cancer… at its financial toll.
Patients and caregivers can contact the MD Anderson’s Patient Travel Program to make their travel arrangements and participate in Angel Parking.
