As the focus shifts to Black Friday shopping, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office urges everyone to keep these tips in mind:
• Be sure to hide your valuables and purchases in your vehicle when you are out and about. Don’t make yourself a target!
• Always lock your vehicle – at the store or even in your own driveway. Once home, do NOT leave valuables or purchases inside your vehicles.
• If you plan on going to any stores early and waiting in long lines, remember to dress warm.
• Please remember to slow down in crowded parking lots. We don’t want anyone getting hurt!
