Armed Robbery / Home Invasion in Cumming

Earlier this afternoon, three black males, one of which was armed with a semi-automatic pistol forcibly entered a residence in Adair Park in Cumming.

The suspects held a resident of the home at gunpoint and ransacked the home, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash, jewelry and electronic equipment.

Cumming Police Department Officers responded to the location at which time the suspects had already fled the scene by vehicle. Several active leads are being pursued, and two probable suspect identifications have been made.

The victim stated that he had been struck by the pistol, but was otherwise uninjured  upon Officers arrival.
